Havalon Knives
I used a Havalon knife last hunting season to cape a Wyoming Muley and found it to be one of the best tools I’ve ever used. These knives are surgically sharp, light weight and have replaceable blades.  Havalon knives can be purchased at Sportsman’s Warehouse.
